I have extensive experience in leadership and many years as CEO in my portfolio.

For me, it has always been important as a CEO to understand the big picture, drive the business through key performance indicators, and build team spirit and individual development through values and a leadership platform. There must be a structure that includes quality and environmental work (ISO 9001 and 14001). This, together, ensures that the company is built on a solid foundation and can develop through continuous improvements.

Developing and running a company is like being part of a sports team. In team sports, everyone has the same goal and trains both individually and together to succeed. Each team member has a unique role and knows what is required, both individually and as part of the team, for everyone to succeed.

I build teams where individuals take responsibility and understand their role within the whole, recognizing the strength of succeeding together. The strategy is developed together with management, and then all employees are involved to create an operational plan with focus areas. This process fosters engagement and leverages everyone’s diverse competencies.

Values are equally important because they form our structure for creating a shared vision of how we work together, how we interact, and how we take responsibility and develop our business. By clearly defining our values and principles, we create a work environment where every individual feels seen, heard, and valued.
