
CEO/Management support
It is lonely at the top and both the CEO and management teams need support and support at various times to pursue certain issues but also someone who can challenge and develop.
During different periods in my role as CEO, I myself have had a personal coach, but also worked with people who have entered the company at different times to help me or my management challenge us in our strategy.
It has been important to me that the person I seek help from has both adequate competence and is credible in his experience.
What I can contribute is a broad experience from several industries, having worked in different types of companies such as private companies to large groups. I always run the company with a strategy broken down on an operational level with focus areas down to the individual level, a development plan for each individual. I have worked in various leading roles for 30 years and have always ensured that the company's strategy and the staff's responsibility and commitment are in symbiosis with each other.
